NHS Vale of York CCG

NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group serve a population of more than 351,000 people from York, Selby, Tadcaster, Easingwold and Pocklington and the surrounding towns, villages and rural areas. All design work for the CCG had to follow their brand identity guidelines.

NHS Patient Prospectus

A 12 page A4 landscape booklet. A detailed brief was given, with an outline of content for each page. Copy and images were provided, and a request to supply some stock photography to the clients specification. The final version of the prospectus was provided in an electronic format with hyperlinks for the web and print ready artwork was also produced.

Operational Summary

A 12 page A4 landscape booklet. The client’s brief was to design a summary document of their Five Year Plan, which would be informative but also vibrant and interesting for the public to read. The original Plan was detailed in a 180 page Word document.

Copy and images were supplied and the client requested a landscape design, to match the style of Patient Prospectus. The final version of the prospectus was provided in an electronic format for the web and printed litho from artwork provided.

Directory of community services

A 16 page A5 information booklet for residents, which would be distributed to doctors surgeries, health centres and care homes in the area. Headings and contact info had to be clear and accessible. Images were also supplied to enhance the document, for use on the front page, and inside. The final version of the prospectus was provided in an electronic format for the web.

Series of A1 posters

This was a set of 9 posters to be used by the CCG at a conference held abroad to showcase their work and health strategies. Each poster followed a style but each with with totally different information. Infographics, charts were designed and images used to highlight copy and statistics.
